Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping cost: €12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Available for all orders
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Shipping cost: Free for orders over €50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). International customers should be aware that:
- Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be longer than stated above
- Return shipping times may be extended for international returns
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your items.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Bekers en mokken (Cups and mugs)
- Bestek en besteksets (Cutlery and cutlery sets)
- Bewaardozen die zijn geopend (Opened storage containers)
- Borstels en bezems (Brushes and brooms)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject line: “Retouraanvraag – [Your Order Number]”
- Email content should include:
- Product name(s) you wish to return
- Order number
- Reason for return (wrong product, damaged, not as described, etc.)
- Your preferred solution (refund or exchange for specific product)
- Your full name, email address, and phone number
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive an email with:
- Approval of your return request
- Return address and instructions
- A return label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include the invoice or order confirmation. Ship the package to the provided address. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days of receipt), you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after return approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days processing time by your bank
- PayPal: Visible in your account within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process
- Specify which product you’d like instead
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a new order confirmation for the exchanged item
- Any price differences will be adjusted using your original payment method
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Take photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt
- Email the photos along with your order details to [email protected]
- We’ll send a replacement product or process a refund as quickly as possible
